Cloud Nine Head Spa completely surpassed my expectations. Initially, I had concerns about their products since I have highlighted blonde hair, but the staff reassured me they carry purple shampoo and were happy to accommodate me bringing my own toner, incorporating it seamlessly into the treatment. The massage was incredible - so relaxing that I fell asleep immediately. Their corner room offers stunning downtown views through one-way windows, creating a beautiful and private atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend this experience.

My daughter and I had the enhanced package for a special mother-daughter day. It was WONDERFUL! They took great care to ensure we were comfortable. They were gentle and spoke softly which is so important for a relaxing experience. The room is beautiful with peaceful music playing softly in the background. My wife organized our head massages for her 50 th birthday. OMG I’m so glad I was brought along. From the first moment entering the front foyer to the fantastic city views. My husband booked me the enhanced package for my pre birthday weekend fun and wow, I’m still left speechless. From the moment you get out of the elevator, you can already feel the self care kicking in.
When you arrive at the studio itself, the atmosphere in the room with the aesthetic is just on point. The pressure was amazing and the entire experience is one I can officially check off the bucket list.
I would give every penny to experience it again and will absolutely be back.

Such a relaxing experience from start to finish. Book the longer sessions cause you won't want it to end. Everyone there were so friendly and so good at what they do. I cannot wait to go back I'd choose this over a massage any day.
